SSL certification updates

Recently, a new end-user encryption service provider has stepped in, requiring us to update our SSL certificates for our website. This has resulted in you experiencing an alarming error when trying to access your account online stating security concerns. There is no dire security threat as such and thankfully, this has been resolved and normal service has been resumed as far as the website is concerned.

Credit Card Pending Approval?

We’ve implemented new procedure to our system with regards to adding a credit card. Just to recap, our website is 3D secure, which means when you add your card, you will be taken through a verification process, requiring you to enter an OTP in order to authenticate your card. Failing this, your card needs to be approved by our admin, this will be completed after successful verification checks. Some of our users experience an “error while reserving verification funds”, this occurs when your bank fails to reserve the R1 verification test. Please contact our support team for more information.

EFT payments to Powertime:

If you are making use of the the Paygenius wallet by means of EFT payments to our bank account, please note that we have updated our banking details as per website. While this may not be a major issue, we need all our users to make use of this account, as it will speed up the process. To further this, please be sure to use to use your Username as your reference so that we can quickly allocate your funds, the new banking details follows below:

Festive Operating Times:

Please note that our support office will be closed from the 21st of December to the 2nd of January. We will have a limited remote support operating during that period between 9am and 1pm.
