Please note that we have recently updated our security with regards to adding a credit card to your profile. If you have added your credit card, without passing through the 3D secure process where you authenticate your card by an OTP sent from your bank, the card will be pending approval.
What this means is that one of our support staff, will investigate your account, and make contact with you. Your card will then be approved or declined at this stage. This will take place, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm.
