My profile is blocked
Your profile could be blocked because you have reported to your bank your card as lost or stolen and used it to purchase on Powertime. Contact support@powertime.co.za if this occurs. To add your new credit card, simply go to the Manage Cards section, remove the old card and add the new one.
My profile is locked
A profile is locked after the user has entered the incorrect password three times. Please contact support@powertime.co.za if you get this problem.
