ϟ A pending reversal is when your transaction times out and the funds have been reserved.
ϟ Once the pending reversal is resolved the request has been sent to the bank for the reversal of the reserved funds, your card will not be charged.
ϟ If however your account has not been debited and there was a token generated on your request, our team will ask you to make a EFT to purchase the token generated successfully. This will be done manually by our support team.
