I didn’t receive the activation email
ϟ Several email clients or internet providers filter emails and there is a low probability that the Powertime email confirmation email ends up in a Junk box. Please check your junk box for the activation email.
ϟ If you did not receive your activation email within 10 minutes of creating your account, contact support@powertime.co.za – we will manually validate your account.
The activation link doesn’t work
ϟ Some clients experience issues with the activation link sent in our registration email.
ϟ If the link is not working, please contact support@powertime.co.za and we will activate it manually for you.
